Programme Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Perfectionism Programme, you agree to the following:

1. Programme format
This is a five-week live group programme delivered online via Zoom. Sessions are held weekly. Recordings are provided for participants who cannot attend live.

2. Payment & access
Payment secures your place in the selected cohort. Access details and session information will be sent by email prior to the first session.

3. Deposits
If you choose the deposit option, the remaining balance is payable before the programme begins. You will receive a separate payment link by email.

4. Refunds
If the programme does not reach the minimum number of participants, you may choose between:

a full refund, or
transferring your place to a future cohort.

Once the programme has started, payments are non-refundable.

5. Responsibility & scope
This programme is educational and skills-based. It is not therapy or medical treatment and does not replace professional healthcare or psychological support.

6. Confidentiality
Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of the group and not share personal information disclosed by others.
